Agnes Tvinnereim

Agnes is the assistant principal at the school. She lives in Landås, at the foot of Ulriken, where she also grew up, and loves the proximity to wild nature and the city at the same time.

Agnes is passionate about a world in balance, both for humans and all living things. This commitment has led to, among other things, Sustainable Lives ( www.barekraftigeliv.no ), which she started in Landås in 2008 with two neighbor friends. The project focuses on reducing the climate footprint of the way we live, while building community with the people around us. Seriousness and fun hand in hand are an important part of her philosophy, along with the belief in the power that lives within each of us.

Agnes loves being outside, runs orienteering, invites to parties and has a stream of ideas about what can be done.

She is a qualified assistant professor, has worked for ten years in primary education, 15 years in Sustainable Living and 6 years in business. She has been assistant principal at Fana Folk High School since spring 2025.
