Study trip to Japan

Different programs from Fana folkehøgskule have been traveling to Japan on study trips for many years. We have therefore gained a good knowledge of the country.

The program of the study trip:

  • The trip takes place around the beginning of March and normally lasts 12 days.

  • We usually split our stay between the capital Tokyo and the cultural city of Kyoto.

  • Opportunity to visit other cities on days off

Activities on the study trip:

  • Kimono try-on (optional)

  • Tea ceremony

  • Cultural performance with Geishas

  • «Miraikan National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation»

  • Skytree

  • TeamLab Planet

 

The program may vary from year to year depending on, among other things, the students' own wishes.
