Mats is the head chef at Fana folkehøgskule He is a trained restaurant chef and has many years of experience in the industry.

For Mats, good food is about more than nutrition. He wants to create tasty meals that provide energy for active days and create good meeting places around the table. He is concerned with quality, well-being and that students feel welcome in the dining hall.

When the workday is over, you can often find him training. Kickboxing, running, and strength training are important interests that provide refreshment and inspiration.
